The services at Era include, but are not limited to any of the following:

• Private suite with lockable door
• Three nutritious meals a day in the main dining room as well as daily snacks
• Weekly housekeeping and flat laundry service (linens and towels)
• Use of common amenity space and recreational opportunities
• 24-hour emergency call system & staff coverage to provide assistance to tenants
• Staff assistance with activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
• Staff assistance with medication management

Are There Any Additional Expenses?

Extra costs not included in the rent:

• In suite telephone, television cable, or internet charges
• Personal grooming supplies/hair dressing services
• Transportation to and from activities or appointments
• Pharma Care premiums and deductibles
• Medications not covered by Pharma Care
• Health equipment not covered by extended benefits
• Health services not covered by extended benefits such as ambulance service, optometry, podiatry, physiotherapy, massage therapy and basic dental care.
• Personal items such as dry-cleaning, newspaper and magazines
• Personal insurance for lost or damaged personal items such as hearing aids, dentures, glasses
• Physician charges for completion of medical forms
• Guest meals and additional housekeeping/laundry
• Extra keys and fobs
